Fingerprint Sensor AS608 - A Beginner's Guide
One touch can replace keys. This project uses an optical fingerprint sensor to enroll users and then grant access with a quick scan.
read tutorial →The Relay 1 Channel 12V Level Trigger Optocoupler Module is a one-channel relay module built for 12V class control systems that need a ready-made relay output board instead of a raw relay component. It includes an optocoupler and standard NO / COM / NC relay terminals for easier integration.
This is a useful option for control panels, industrial-style logic, trigger circuits, and other builds where the controller side does not run at the usual 5V relay-board level.
Use it for control panels, machines, alarm systems, higher-voltage trigger circuits, and other systems that need a simple isolated relay output board.
Pair it with an Arduino-compatible board, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi, plus jumper wires, a suitable power supply, and a small load for bench testing.
Useful add-ons include terminal block, breadboard, power modules, fuses, and enclosure, especially when you are working with higher voltages or inductive loads.
| Product | Relay 1 Channel 12V Level Trigger Optocoupler Module |
|---|---|
| Channels | 1 |
| Control / supply | 12V class |
| Trigger current | About 5mA |
| Relay load | AC 250V / 10A or DC 30V / 10A |
| Board size | 50 × 26 × 18.5mm |
| Mounting holes | 4 holes, about 3.1mm diameter |
| Output terminals | NO / COM / NC |
| Version | Control / supply | Trigger current | Load rating | Output terminals | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9V Level Trigger | 9V class control | ~5mA | 10A @ 250VAC / 10A @ 30VDC | NO / COM / NC | 9V control circuits |
| 12V Level Trigger | 12V class control | ~5mA | 10A @ 250VAC / 10A @ 30VDC | NO / COM / NC | 12V controllers and panels |
| 24V Level Trigger | 24V class control | ~5mA | 10A @ 250VAC / 10A @ 30VDC | NO / COM / NC | 24V automation systems |
DC+ goes to the module supply positive, DC- goes to ground, and IN is the control input. The switched side uses NO, COM, and NC. Check the jumper setting if your board supports high and low trigger options.
