Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes — email support@circuitrocks.com within 1 hour of ordering. After dispatch (usually 4 PM weekdays), changes require waiting for delivery + return.
What if a part is out of stock?
Stock count is live on each listing. If a SKU goes out between cart add and checkout, you'll see a hold notice. Email us for ETA on restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Philippines focused but we ship via DHL / EMS to APAC + US on request. Email a parts list for a quote.
How do school / class POs work?
Send PO + parts list to support@circuitrocks.com. Quote returned within 1 business day. Bulk tier at ₱20,000+. 30-day terms for schools we've worked with before.
What if the part arrives DOA?
7-day inspection window. Email a photo or short video showing the issue — replacement or refund within 1 business day. Soldered ICs covered if DOA confirmed.
Can I add a delivery instruction?
Yes — checkout has a notes field. We pass it to the courier. Common notes: "leave at gate," "call before delivery," "office hours only."
