Fingerprint Sensor AS608 - A Beginner's Guide
One touch can replace keys. This project uses an optical fingerprint sensor to enroll users and then grant access with a quick scan.
read tutorial →The 8 Channel Relay Module USB RLY 16 16Amp is made for projects and systems that want relay control from a computer over USB. It offers eight volt-free relay outputs and a separate 12V supply input for the relay power side.
This makes it useful for industrial benches, automation PCs, kiosk control, lab setups, and custom software-driven switching systems.
Use it for software-driven switching, test rigs, kiosk hardware, small industrial systems, remote equipment control, and other multi-output PC-based projects.
Pair it with a computer or mini PC, a 12V DC adaptor, and the correct application software or scripts for USB control.
Useful add-ons include terminal block, breadboard, power modules, fuses, and enclosure, especially when you are working with higher voltages or inductive loads.
| Product | 8 Channel Relay Module USB RLY 16 16Amp |
|---|---|
| Relay count | 8 |
| Control interface | USB |
| Relay power | 12V DC adaptor, supplied separately |
| Relay current | Up to 16A @ 24VDC or 250VAC |
| Relay contact style | NO / NC / Common on screw terminals |
| Operating temperature | -40°C to +70°C |
Connect the relay board to USB for control, power the relay section from a proper 12V DC adaptor, then wire each load to the screw terminals. Check software setup before connecting real loads.
