Fingerprint Sensor AS608 - A Beginner's Guide
One touch can replace keys. This project uses an optical fingerprint sensor to enroll users and then grant access with a quick scan.
read tutorial →The Weight Sensor Kit 5KG is a load cell sensor with analog output designed for scales, dosing systems, and force measurement. It is a practical fit for makers, students, and engineers who want reliable sensor data in embedded builds.
Key details include Max Output Voltage: Power Voltage × 2.0 (Example: At 5V supply, full scale output = 10 mV).
| Product | Sensor style | Standout |
|---|---|---|
| Weight Sensor Kit 5KG | load cell sensor with analog output | Current item |
| Weight Sensor Scales Kit HX711 5KG | load cell sensor | model HX711 |
| Weight Sensor Amplifier HX711 | load cell sensor | weight sensing |
| Weight Load Cell 5kg Straight Bar | load cell sensor | weight sensing, pressure sensing |
This sensor is a good fit for digital scales, smart bins, hopper monitors, postal scales, and dosing rigs.
Pair it with an Arduino-compatible board, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi, plus a breadboard and jumper wires for quick setup and testing.
Useful add-ons include an HX711 amplifier, a rigid frame, and mounting hardware, depending on how you plan to power, mount, and log the sensor.
| Product | Weight Sensor Kit 5KG |
|---|---|
| Max Output Voltage | Power Voltage × 2.0 (Example: At 5V supply, full scale output = 10 mV) |
| Working Voltage | 3.3–10 V |
| Library | HX711 GitHub |
| Dimension | 170 × 115 mm |
| Category | load cells weight sensors |
Connect power and ground, then read the sensor output with an analog-capable input or external ADC. Stable power and a clean ground help reduce noise. Load cells need a proper amplifier such as an HX711 and solid mechanical mounting. Small twists or uneven force can change the reading.
