Shipping policy

We ship from Manila to anywhere in the Philippines. Order before 6 PM on a weekday and we'll get it to the courier the same day. Most orders arrive within 2–5 days.
Where we ship
Philippines only. Home address, office, condo, dorm, business — anywhere a courier can reach. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Order processing and cut-off
- Same-day processing: orders placed before 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat, excluding Philippine holidays) ship the same day if the item is in stock.
- Orders after cut-off, on Sundays, or on holidays are queued for the next business day.
- Out-of-stock items trigger a personal note from us within 24 hours. You choose: wait, swap, or refund.

ETAs are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and route disruptions extend transit.
Couriers we use
J&T Express, LBC, NinjaVan, and FastTrack depending on destination and weight. The platform picks the courier at checkout. You'll see the courier name on your tracking email.
Shipping fees
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free-shipping promos appear automatically at checkout when they apply.
- Pickup at our Parañaque office is always free.
Tracking your order
We email a tracking number once the courier scans your parcel at pickup. The tracking link goes live within a few hours. If the link still shows "label created" after 24 hours, message us.
Pickup option
Need it today? Order online, then pick up from our Parañaque office once we email "ready for pickup".

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM. Bring your order number and a valid ID.
Address accuracy
- Double-check your name, address, and contact number before placing the order.
- Returned packages due to wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped, but you cover the second shipping fee.
- Need to change the address after placing the order? Message us right away — if the package hasn't shipped, we can update it.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking has not moved for 7 consecutive days, or the courier marks the package as undelivered for a reason we can't trace, contact us. We open a courier claim. Lost packages are confirmed by the courier within 30 days. After confirmation we ship a replacement at no extra charge, or refund the order.
Failed delivery attempts
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times, then return the parcel to us. If that happens, we reach out to confirm whether you want it reshipped (you cover the new shipping fee) or refunded (less the original shipping).
International orders
We do not ship outside the Philippines at this time. For overseas customers, we recommend partnering with a Philippine-based freight forwarder — ship to their PH address, they handle international transit.
