✅ Eligibility
- Item is returned within EDIT ME: e.g., 7 days of delivery (based on courier tracking).
- Item is in the required condition (see Item Condition).
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is included.
- Item is not listed under Non-returnable Items.
🧭 How to Start a Return
- Go to Contact Us and select “Return/Exchange”.
- Provide your order number, item(s), reason, and photos/videos (for DOA/defect).
- Wait for our return instructions and RMA details (if applicable).
- Pack items securely with all accessories and the original packaging.
- Ship back via the instructed method, or arrange drop-off/pick-up if allowed.
Returns sent without prior coordination may be delayed in processing.
📦 Item Condition
- Unopened/unused: Eligible for refund/exchange.
- Opened but unused: Keep all packaging and accessories; subject to inspection.
- Used/installed: Eligible only for defects/warranty; cosmetic wear may affect eligibility.
- Evidence of misuse/incorrect wiring/over-voltage: Not eligible.
For electronics, always power down before wiring; follow datasheets and observe polarity/current/thermal limits.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
- Consumables (e.g., solder, adhesives, thermal paste) once opened.
- Cut-to-length wires/cables, custom prints, or special orders.
- Software, licenses, or downloadable files.
- Clearance/“as-is” items where marked final sale.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification.

🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
- If unavailable, we can issue a refund to the original method or store credit.
🛠 Defective / Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
- Report DOA within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll troubleshoot with you; if confirmed defective, we’ll replace or refund.
- Damage due to incorrect wiring, over-voltage, or modification is not covered.
💼 Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective/DOA or wrong item sent: We cover reasonable return shipping per instructions.
- Change-of-mind / not needed: Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Restocking: EDIT ME: e.g., none for unopened; opened items may be subject to inspection-based deductions where allowed.
📮 Undeliverable / Misdirected Packages
- Returned packages due to incomplete/incorrect address can be reshipped; additional shipping fees may apply.
- Please ensure your name, address, and mobile number are complete and accurate at checkout.
