Stepper Motor 5VDC 32-Step 1/16 Gearing

A stepper motor, also known as a step motor or stepping motor, is a brushless DC electric motor that divides a full rotation into several equal steps. The motor's position can move and hold at one of these steps without any position sensor for feedback (an open-loop controller), as long as the motor is appropriate to the application concerning torque and speed.

Most Arduino starter kits have this because of its essential functions. It is a unipolar stepper motor that has 2 mounting holes integrated into this motor. This motor has 32 stepper revolution, with a 1/16 reduction gear set, making 513 steps to perform a complete revolution.

When powered with 5V, it can have a rotational speed of 25RPM, but with 9V, it reached 50RPM. It has a torque of 150 gram-force.cm.

Most stepper drivers can control this, but what we could suggest is to use a ULN2003 motor driver as it can provide enough supply voltage and current to this motor driver, and can be used easily on an Arduino board. It also fits perfectly into the stepper drivers 5 pin connector. You could use this to experiment with stepper motors and basic applications, as this is an essential stepper motor.
